Objective:
- It is to stimulate the creativity of international students who are encouraged to rediscover their hometown through new vision shaped by the influence of Taiwan education and culture and utilize new knowledge to transform their motherland.
- It is to spark up the discourse of “Study in Taiwan” across generations and ethnic. The international graduates of previous generation are granted an opportunity to recall their brightest college days while the young generation can understand more about old Taiwan and in return bring back to their hometown a brand new perception of modern Taiwan.
Eligibility:
Either director, screenplay writer or lead actor of entry production team must at the moment be studying or graduated in Taiwan as an international student (including overseas Chinese students, students from Kong Hong and Macau, and international students). The international student represents the entry production team must attach a copy of ARC when registering.
